I've been thinking about this project for a long time. Arose from my own needs. I often need to process data in Excel. But the basic options of the program, like the formulas, were not enough. On the other hand, features such as VBA or Power Query somehow do not fit.
Then we only have to use external tools such as Python, R or Stagraph. But I need something that I could use directly in Excel. So, I decided to create this add-in. I wanted to create a tool for fast and efficient data processing for me and my colleagues.
The result is an add-in named Reshape.XL. This tool combines the ease of using Excel with advanced data processing capabilities in environments such as Python, SQL or R. The first version was created in the evenings / free time during the months of July to September. The result of this effort, you can try soon.
